Data collected

Through the quote request form: name, email, phone number, date and type of event, city or venue, preferred package and model, and your message.

Purpose

To handle your quote or contact request and to get back to you about it. We never resell data.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures at your request, and your consent (the checkbox on the form).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to Photobooth Memories. Technical processors: Netlify (hosting of the website and the management dashboard), Supabase (database), Resend (sending notification emails) and JetHost (managing the Contact@photoboothmemories.be mailbox). WhatsApp and Calendly are only loaded if you click on those services.

Retention period

• Contact details and commercial requests: 3 years after the last contact.
• Documents relating to bookings, payments and invoices: for the applicable legal period.
• Photos and online galleries: around 6 months after the event, unless otherwise agreed or authorised for communication purposes.

Cookies

Your language choice is stored locally in your browser, purely so that we do not suggest another language on every page. That information never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and is not used for any tracking.

This website uses no tracking cookies by default. Third-party services (WhatsApp, Calendly, Google Maps) are only loaded when you click on them. Audience measurement runs through Plausible Analytics, without cookies and without collecting personal data: only aggregated, anonymous statistics are produced, on infrastructure hosted within the European Union.
